Butterfly statement necklace

I have always loved butterflies so when I had the chance to be in an exhibition, I wanted to make a statement one~ showing the hand piercing I love to use in my work. All those shapes on the wing were cut out with my jewellery saw and engraved.

Inspired by the monarch butterfly (which have a meaning of being on the right path in life), I used an orange amber stone and black glittering druzy to represent their colouring.
